Technical Director
We are looking for a talented person to join our core team and work on interactive projects in Unreal Engine.
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for suggesting and implementing technical solutions and tools in the project.
You should be able to work independently, take initiative to resolve issues, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and communicate clearly.
Start work immediately, in 3 months at the latest.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Technical Director or similar role in the animation, VFX, or gaming industry.
Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, C++, and performance optimization.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, MEL) for tool development and pipeline automation.
You have knowledge of shaders/particles/post-processing.
You know topology and optimization of 3D assets.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Your English is great.
Ability to collaborate effectively with artists
Familiarity with version control systems
BONUS FOR
Houdini experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain efficient production pipelines for 3D animation and VFX.
Tackle complex technical challenges in Unreal Engine, including optimization, shader development, and custom tool creation.
Provide hands-on support to the team by addressing technical issues and finding creative solutions to production challenges.
Research and implement cutting-edge tools, techniques, and workflows to improve productivity and project outcomes.
