RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
Organize and lead regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and keep the team motivated.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Act as the primary point of contact between the production team and clients, stakeholders, and other external partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners, securing favorable terms for the studio.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the studio’s client base and project portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a Producer in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality 3D projects in a creative studio environment.
Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
Deep understanding of the 3D production pipeline
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
