Account Manager / Customer Satisfaction Manager

We work with international brands and studios to create their digital presence in the metaverse. We work mainly with international clients (Studio / Solo Entrepreneur / Agency / Producers)

Our specializations: Virtual Production / 3D Animations / Virtual Actors / Brand design

👉 We are looking for an Account Manager / Customer Satisfaction Manager for our core team, who will be in contact with customers and make sure that the level of satisfaction with our services is high and builds relationships with them.

👉Location:
Poznań / Citadel

On-site

👉 Your tasks in this position will include:

• Customer database management
• Regular contact with the client and checking the progress of work with the Project Manager
• Collecting opinions and data
• Closing sales to existing customers
• Monitoring goals and KPIs
• Communication with the client.

👉 For this purpose, ideally:

• You have experience in the 3D / Film industry
• Your English is perfect and you can speak Polish fluently
• You have several years of experience in this position (minimum 3 years)
• You are open, communicative
• You can present an offer and negotiate term
• You have analytical and business skills
