Creative Director
We seek a talented Creative Director to join our core team and work on interactive projects in Unreal Engine.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D design and possess exceptional leadership skills to drive the creative vision for our projects.
You will also collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all elements are seamlessly integrated into the final product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and articulate the overall creative vision for projects.
Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion.
Create engaging and compelling scripts and storylines for trailers, animations, and other visual content.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and ensure it is realized in the final product.
Promote the studio’s creative achievements and capabilities to attract new clients and projects.
Ensure that the stories and scripts align with the project’s overall vision and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5-7 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the gaming, animation, or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading creative projects from concept to completion.
Strong artistic vision and the ability to conceptualize and execute visually stunning projects.
Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering techniques.
Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting abilities, with experience creating engaging narratives for trailers and animations.
Excellent sense of design, color theory, and composition.
A forward-thinking approach with a passion for staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and translating their vision into successful projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and providing constructive feedback.
