Art Director
We seek a talented and creative Art Director to join our core team and work on interactive projects in Unreal Engine.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D design and possess exceptional leadership skills to drive the creative vision for our projects. As an Art Director, you will oversee the production of high-quality assets, including characters, landscapes, textures, and lighting.
You will also collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all 3D elements are seamlessly integrated into the final product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain the overall creative vision for 3D projects, ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs
Provide artistic direction and guidance to the 3D art team, including modelers, texture artists, UE artists, and animators
Coordinate with project managers, producers, and other departments to align 3D art production with project timelines and milestones.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback.
Present concepts, progress updates, and final deliverables to clients, addressing any concerns and incorporating feedback as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a Art Director in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-quality 3D projects in a creative studio environment.
Exceptional artistic skills and a keen eye for detail, composition, color, and form.
Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering techniques.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of artists.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
A forward-thinking approach with a passion for staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to present ideas, concepts, and project updates clearly and confidently.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
